Why I Design
Finger paints gave way to code, but the creative spark never died. While tech fascinated me, leading me to engineering and business degrees, something felt off.
Then, a lightbulb moment in finance - daily interactions with 200+ customers revealed a world of user pain points.
Suddenly, UX design emerged- the missing piece! It merged my adult tech love with that childhood creative fire. Freelancing fueled the passion, a double master's at Northeastern ignited the knowledge, and now I'm on a mission to craft intuitive interfaces.
Why design? It lets me bridge the gap, using empathy and creativity to build experiences that resonate, not frustrate. No more digital mazes- let's create experiences as delightful and engaging as those childhood craft kits!
What do you use in daily workflow
Product Framing
I create thoughtful diagrams to define the product using Keynote and Sketch.
Interaction Design
I love to draw wireframes that map to user journeys and task flow using Figma.
Prototyping
I create low to high-fidelity prototypes to showcase micro-interactions using Figma, InVision, and Flinto.
Information Architecture
I’m comfortable working in abstract environments to design product frameworks and mental models.
Visual Design
I do visual exploration based on the company, the product usage, and the users'.
Product/User Research
I enjoy doing research, including competitive analysis and usability testing, to inform design decisions. Maze and Miro are my two favorites.
